Reminds me of the Trevor Noah podcast episode that said we prep children for authoritarianism when we teach them to pass issues to higher powers.
"If a kid hits you, tell the teacher." "If your boss harasses you, tell HR." "If the police brutalize you, film it and tell...different police." Your own body is someone else's to protect and defend. Because if you defend YOURSELF, you're "just as bad as your abuser."

I love the feel of a paper book in my had when reading, but practicality of an eReader in terms of holding thousands of books in one tablet… which do I go with? Ugh decisions…

I’m actually really exhausted with current events. It’s exhausting to see all the division. It’s exhausting to see how the “elite” keep getting away with making all our lives harder bc of the aforementioned division. It’s exhausting to see how more things are becoming irreversible.
