i think people forget that estinien is very much "wol is my ride or die" even if he's not explicit about it the same way some npcs are very much "i love da wol" his style of affection (platonic or otherwise) is like a cat when they bring you a dead rat and be like "i killed this for you it's a gift"

no one stopped me so this post is here. when i tell you the literal only sincere characterization and storytelling for zoraal ja is localized exclusively in the everkeep trial itself and nowhere else in the game im serious
