In hindsight (actually there where people arguing at the time) the reliance on court victories over legislative or amendment wins has not been a good choice.

Years and years ago during protests @chrislhayes.bsky.social had a guest on and asked them about being coordinated and the guest laughed and was like yeah? They are. We are people who plan things. And they both laughed cus that's a stupid accusation. Conservatives are obsessed with it though.

Even if you don't notice it. It's not on the news. There is a not a large incident. This is still happening everywhere everyday and people need to stay motivated to be against it.
