Considering that there is overwhelming scientific evidence that reducing speeds decreases the severity of collisions… it seems worthwhile to reduce speeds on a roadway where people are repeatedly severely injured by vehicles

There have traditionally been a lot of Koreans in Japan, and more recently, many people from China especially, as well as Vietnam and other countries, have come to Japan in recent years.
