The ‘American First’ crowd is awfully quiet about Trump’s pledge to build free housing for 2 million Palestinians in some random country they don’t want to go to that also doesn’t want them. I’m sure this will all work out fine and that’s what people thought they were voting for.

James Comer had 2 years to dig into all this supposed govt corruption that Musk is “discovering.” That’s what Oversight Committee is supposed to do. Instead, he spent 2 years on Hunter Biden - which resulted in nothing except a James Comer book deal.

When we generalize about any group of people , we shut out the people who are on the fence. Trump is going to convince a lot of MAGA to stop supporting him. I'm ok being told I have TDS if the end result is that we convince the 1.5m more people that voted for him, to no longer consider him.
Part of what has me in a spiral is that there is no reaching them, Mark. They cannot have a civil conversation that does not include insults and hatred. That's the only way they can live with the ugliness of their choices. They are now devoid of diplomacy and decency.
