A work of art, from the surface to the depths.
Timely too, what with the issue of water sovereignty and all.

Beauty.
So excited for this. Going to see them in Toronto next month.
Kills me that Martin isn't there, though.

Another fine selection from Mr. CBQ, starting with a bit of Trextasy from Gyasi, plus some Goose, Pere Ubu, and of course some music from our gracious host.

A little while ago, my parents' cat Bridget went missing. As the weeks dragged on, they became extremely worried. My dad devised a way to distract himself: he began to paint Bridget's adventures, imagining her travelling through time and popping up in some of art and music's most iconic scenes.
Bridget with The Beatles on Abbey Road. Bridget hanging out in Grant Wood's American Gothic. Bridget in Bruegel's Hunters In The Snow (with a freshly caught mouse). The Cat With The Pearl Earring.

Only the Kinks could make such a quintessentially English album sound like a classic county rock record.
Features one of their greatest (if under appreciated) songs-20th Century Man.

At least 3 of the top 10 doubles ever, IMO.
