Very simple. Only a handful of items, 4 enemies (3 dragons and a thieving bat I will curse until my dying breath) and only a couple dozen rooms.

Also one of the first games with a secret hidden in it.

Such a fantastic game, and one of my favorite hidden gems on the system.
