Person of disinterest.
Fan of games, TTRPGs, board games, video games, et cetera. Part-time cynic. I also like cats and enjoy playing piano.
Its bad that even without the human dingleberry's name in your first post, most people are going to know exactly who you are talking about. It's his brand at this point, and I have to believe the people in his corner on this are not just fine with those positions, they favor them.

There is nothing that the terminally online love more than being at the front of a self-righteous angry mob.

Like MAGA, transphobes have gotten everything they wanted in 2025. And, like MAGA, they've never been more vitriolic toward the institutions they've captured, more disgusted by their wounded victims, more ready to plough forth into realms of cruelty that even they would have balked at a year ago.

When I hear people say shit like that, I assume they were either bullied into pretending to be "normal" and resent anyone that wasn't, or they were among the ones doing the bullying.

It has been an interesting study in "people who have only engaged with online discourse about thing and not the thing itself but none the less have powerful feelings and opinions about it" for sure.

That, or she could have learned to shut her noise hole a few years back.

I am at least grateful that she has shown everyone exactly what sort of a person she actually is.

A rare image of Randal's cousin, Walter.

Reminded once again how much I look forward to the day that this particular arrogant asshole finally drops out of the public eye and is never heard from again.

It wasn't perfect, and I know complaining "well it shouldnt have been called Bloodlines 2 because..." is a thing, but I overall enjoyed it.

Getting eaten by a dragon that is being carried by the bat will send you on a scenic flight through the kingdom until the bat drops the dragon somewhere.

Young me was absolutely amazed the first time I saw that happen. That sort of emergent behavior is my single favorite thing in games.

3 great choices.

Yar's was so delightfully weird, and the comic book that came with it made it even weirder.

What game made you fall in love with video games?

Adventure for the 2600

Very simple. Only a handful of items, 4 enemies (3 dragons and a thieving bat I will curse until my dying breath) and only a couple dozen rooms.

Also one of the first games with a secret hidden in it.

Such a fantastic game, and one of my favorite hidden gems on the system.

So sorry to hear this. Its never easy to say goodbye to any companion, no matter how much time we get to have with them.

She was a powerful presence on your stream and she will be missed.

It does open up. Once you hit the first settlement you will have lots of possible threads and storylines to follow.

Despite the whole "impending doom" thing, you have plenty of time to explore. There are lots of fun one and done storylines, and several that matter more than you may expect.
