I think if the only way you can pitch your TTRPG project is by telling me how bad D&D is, either your project is dull, or you are terrible at giving pitches. A lot of people are not going to bother to figure out which of those two are true.

It is really frustrating that people defend the monopoly situation with Steam where one gatekeeper gets to decide whether your projects live or die. No matter how good you think Steam is on average, start worrying what the gaming landscape will look like the minute Gabe Newell retires.

I feel like there needs to be a law that if you are going to complain about how much a given film (or book, or game, or song, or...) sucks, you should be required to disclose the names of at least 3 films (or whatevers) you think are great.
