Indeed. They reject climate change, human rights (as per the UN charter) and constitutional rights (as per the US constitution and its amendments), among other things. But they don't just reject.

With all its faults, the international development industry, the different sub-fields of comparative political economy, whatever good (appropriate) development of physical and social infrastructure is in place in the Global South, were outgrowths of this non-domineering approach.
