All this to say I hope we can celebrate and advocate, mourn and march next year, but with a stronger focus on the LGBTQ+ community and its needs, rather than all the corporate pink-washing. (3/3)

The first speaker we had was from the Proud Trust, and talked about youth exclusion at Pride. It was a perspective i hadn't considered and had really shaped my thinking about what we need to do ... (2/3)

I'm really glad they've kept it as a garden rather than paving it over. And if they follow through on the kid-friendly space/activities it will be far more welcoming!
