And for that duet game, when it got to building stuff, I started with S&F.

It was cool at first, but I got away from using it pretty quickly.

It just felt too mechanical. I had to drift away from it to make it feel alive.

Damn, that sounds horrible.

Don't get me wrong, I've had players claim/build outposts, keeps, and the like.

I even had one duet game where it became a central focus to a point.

But I mostly just made it up as I went along, lol.

And the players and I always had some agency.
