If I start 1,000 mini tasks, it doesn't matter when I jump from one to the other, it doesn't matter how out of sync they are, it only matters that they get done. And thats how I have gotten dressed, run a load of laundry, and fed the cat so far

I had a whole day off and it still was not enough to catch up on everything I was missing. ....at least I'm busy enough to have things to do. It gets overwhelming at times.
