I deleted my facebook roughly a decade ago and it was for essentially the same reason. My politics have changed a lot over that time, but even then, when I was a heck of a lot closer to their side, I just couldn't deal with the level of naked hate from people I thought I knew.

There are several nearby, but this is the closest, and definitely the most convenient for the "full amenities." The AMC, which technically isn't that far away, is kind of a pain in the ass to get to.

I am having more feelings than I probably should about the destruction of a mall. Both of the cultural, "you can't just tear down the Monroeville Mall," and the practical, "but that's where I watch my movies," variety.

It's one thing to like a book cover and want to know who did it, but I will occasionally come across art the strongly reminds me a book cover I've seen in the past, and it feels half impossible to verify my suspicions.
