1/ Huge congratulations to HRLC member, Dr Victoria Miyandazi, who's book 'Equality in Kenya’s 2010 Constitution: Understanding the Competing and Interrelated Conceptions' (2021) was recently citied in a landmark judgment of the Kenyan Supreme Court (SC Petition No. E035 of 2023).
