I got this cookbook for Christmas and nearly cried while I was reading it. Having to eat gluten- and dairy-free is tough, and it's virtually impossible to find good recipes that take both into account (and I never knew why they didn't turn out when I tried with substitutions). Game-changer.

It's heralded as one of the greatest shows ever made for good reason - it is exceptionally well done. The rewatch is because I've been enjoying Vince Gilligan's current show, Pluribus, which has a similar feel/pacing/dark humor moments. If you're into grittier stories, it's worth watching IMO.
