Unfortunately, I think ownership's primary ambition at the moment is to keep the team competitive while they build out the area around the stadium. Until that's complete, I just don't believe we'll be the type of club to have 2 starting caliber players for 1 position.

I typically listen to about 3-5 MLS podcasts a week. After last week's one-two punch, I haven't had the courage to listen to any. Hopefully we turn things around this weekend so I have something to fill this void.

Feels like we really keep this stuff close to the chest. We're one of the few teams where it feels like you don't hear rumors until the player is basically signed.

Also, maybe something like a limit for how many times you can watch it or for how long? Look at the play once or twice and just make a decision based on your knowledge of the game
