(1) Centripetal "gravity" via spinning up the spacecraft. You have seen this in movies, but we've never done it.
(2) A faster transit via nuclear thermal rockets. NTRs were abandoned for good reason back in the 1970s, but we have new materials that should make it feasible.

I know this has happened at the individual level forever; it has arguably happened to me.
