~1,000ft of hwy covered, 3.4 acres of land regained.

Rochester, NY - Inner Loop East removal ~$50M (2017), ~3,000 feet of hwy removed. 9 acres of land recovered.

Would be awesome if Detroit could eventually Boulevard these redundant highways.

Much cheaper than a cap & returns tons of taxable land to the city.
