The 'Don't do this' one has a bunch of areas circled and a cross under it. The 'Do this' one is exactly the same but without the circles and a tick instead of a cross. Apologies for not updating sooner, it's been...a struggle.

To summarize; I was recently hospitalized twice over a GI bleed causing anemia alongside catching covid. I'm currently to meet with a GI doctor. I also need further imaging & to resume physical therapy but can't afford transportation costs
