I first noticed it three weeks ago. I know because I don’t have any backups since 10/03 😓 I’ll try to escalate my chat to a case incase it’s a wider issue!

To that, Agentforce suggests I explore other data backup options. Like Own Backup, who SF just bought? No comment from Agentforce. Feels like planned obsolescence to bleed more money from customers.

Agentforce (since they force you to talk to it first) says that this is due to stricter enforcement of rate limits and suggests I wait 60 seconds between downloads. There are 19 files. That would be 20 minutes a week to download files I hope to never need.

It sent me an article titled “AI and Automation Emerge as a Top Trend in Revenue Operations” and the link went to a website for smart trackers for dogs and cats lol
