What’s the word where you’re from that, when pronounced exactly as it looks, identifies a tourist immediately?

That brave Hungarian peasant girl!

Went running. It's quite a nice evening out there and no hedgerow stole my headscarf this time. 26:02 #5km

Calling English a 'rip-off degree' is one of the most blatant exhibitions of personal barbarism I've ever seen. You've demonstrated nothing but the poverty of your own mind.

Are you absolutely sure that she's not some final year student's long running, performance art project?

50p says that by this time next year nothing's been released that either you or I would want to play, let alone pay for.

But will Pypy follow suit when it reaches version 3.14?

Yeah, but do you have a cannon on your patio? #NotAEuphamism

In Discworld, cities thrive because they welcome dwarfs, trolls, vampires, and humans alike. Ankh-Morpork works because everyone belongs. Funny how fiction can seem more humane than policy sometimes.

Dad’s books are full of empathy, common sense, and a healthy suspicion of the powerful. But at its heart his work is also about how systems keep people poor while pretending it’s their own fault. So I hope Kemi’s taking notes as well as reading the jokes.

Yes, according to the publicity.

Not an adaption, but one of the finest documentaries ever made. The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters. It's absolutely compulsive viewing.

Difficult day with the family so went out running to try and get away from it all.
Quite a nice evening for it. 26:06. Would have been quicker except an overhanging bush stole my favourite pink headscarf and I had to stop and go back for it. #5km

Her and Obama should form a 2v2 team.

Remember Pat Cash saying in an interview that he used to use squash for training, especially if it was wet out. Said he turned up at a squash club and asked for somebody good to play with and they produced this old, fat guy who ran him absolutely ragged all around the court whilst barely moving.

GNU Jilly Cooper. Jilly and dad were friends and the only person I’ve known to call him ‘Tel’. Hope they’re both having a big drink somewhere.

Our bin collections have just been reduced to once every three weeks and visits to the tip are by pre-booked appointment only. Nobody knows why fly-tipping is such a problem.

So this morning I completed my personal tax return, because I'm too cheap to pay my accountant to do it for me!

I have no problem at all with paying tax, but I hate doing the paperwork.
