I tried tempeh for the first time today.
It's weird because I enjoyed it on its own after I pan-fried it, but then I added some to curry and hated it.

Ong Marxists should make concentrated efforts on criticizing Scandinavian social democracy
My hope is that such critiques becoming popular would bring people further left and critical of the basis of capitalism, instead of just becoming Berniecrats and going "Yay, I'm a socialist now. 😃"

I used to think Marxists should disown the term communism expressly for optics, but self-describing yourself as a socialist anymore just makes you seem like you really like Scandinavia.

Man, I'd have my degree by now if I could just yap into my papers instead of yapping into social media about useless thoughts.
I think it's interesting the way political attitudes can shape mental health.
Just saw a post of someone saying they haven't been motivated to do anything since the election because it bummed them out. I kinda get it, but it's still strange to me the election would be such a catalyst for motivation.

It is hard for me to imagine a future where I'm actually happy, even if my immediate life plans go accordingly.
