Had the weirdest thing happen today, we were boarding and suddenly everyone got “unchecked in.” Our Apple wallet passes disappeared. The United App crashed then switched us all - 200 of us - to check in. Had to wait hours to recheck in. The 1pm flight is now leaving at 8:30pm

The biggest learning from this is that corporations don’t care about laws and regulations that enforce they disclose in a timely manner that they have been breached. If they did, others could have prepped and armed themselves better.
