Unhoused people with pets tend to prioritize veterinary care for their animals over medical health care for themselves. The Seattle One Health Clinic works to address this. By providing care for both, the clinic builds trust and encourages more consistent engagement with #healthservices

A new study by PHSKC and UW's Firearm Injury & Policy Research Program found that more Washington households are storing their firearms securely. Past research has associated secure firearm storage with reductions in suicide, unintentional injuries, and gun theft. #publichealth #GunSafety
