1.5 oz apple brandy
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz Strega liqueur
.25 oz ginger syrup
Sparkling wine
Add all ingredients, except sparkling wine, to your shaker, then ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a large coupe. Top with sparkling wine and enjoy.
