I don't know why I remembered that tonight! It's been a long time since-- and I mean. Not only would I like to think I'm better about 'my issues', but I'm obviously not still furious at a decade old comment following an argument... I think I'm glad that friend and I drifted apart, though.

When I was younger, after a fight with a friend, they'd tried to be understanding by telling me that it was okay-- they knew my issues were because of my family.

As someone who had plenty of Family Troubles growing up, I can't put into words why, or just how indescribably angry that comment made me
