#Bluejays announce that they’re putting up a statue celebrating their back-to-back World Series titles this summer.
It will celebrate Joe Carter’s walk-off homer in 1993 and will be unveiled in a ceremony on July 18.
The statue will be between Gates 5 and 6, which is where Ted Rogers’ statue is.

and i'd wager that Minnesota is governed by Tim Walz plays into it. Walz ran on the ticket that would have kept Trump out of office and called him "weird." now, we find ourselves in a present where Trump has set up an occupation of Minneapolis which dares Walz to call in the National Guard.

i doubt we have that long. US midterms are in November. it's not unrealistic to forecast troops encircling the US while ostensibly pointed outward toward Canada and Mexico.
