I think this one has got to him because he's posted at least three separate responses to this over the last 10 hours:

What were the studio head's insults/dismissals? I looked at the Twitter account of Secret Level's Jason Zada, and now his only mocking tweet is a "haters gonna hate" GIF. But the reply at the bottom mentions a deleted tweet: presumably he said worse in that, and that's what you're referring to?

Everyone is focusing on Grant Morrison's comments on AI art.

But their Reddit AMA featured another question, which may be of interest to @eruditorumpress.com:

Eureka's Blu-rays normally have good subtitle quality control. But today I watched their edition of The Bride With White Hair, and I think it's the first time I've ever seen a translator/editor's note accidentally make it into the subtitle track!

Whenever I'm browsing DVDs/BRs in charity shops, I check my Letterboxd collection list to make sure I don't get duplicates.

But today this habit failed: I accidentally acquired a second DVD copy of Face/Off. 😢

However, the cases are NOT QUITE IDENTICAL. So I *could* swap the discs around...

A bit of pointless film trivia that I noticed a while ago:

The directors of the two Short Circuit movies had each previously directed separate unrelated adaptations of Dracula, both of which were released in 1979.

Metropolis Street Racer:

1. The in-game time of day being based on time zones and the console's internal clock.

2. The accuracy of its city recreations. I always loved these double-page spreads comparing photos and screenshots, which the Official UK DC magazine used in their review of the game:

Doing today's Bing quiz for the MS Rewards points, I got stumped by this horribly difficult question:

I happened to spot tonight's Moon-Mars conjunction just after 9pm GMT. I was surprised that my phone's camera was able to pick out Mars from the glare of the full Moon on the clouds!

(And I think that's the star Pollux between the two clouds just above the Moon.)

I tried it just now and it hasn't been corrected yet.

My search result left out the "...a brother??" bit of the title, but added more details on what happens in the episode:

There was a very good article on this subject by @zittrain.bsky.social a few years ago:

www.theatlantic.com/technology/a...

It included this example of the bizarre way that an URL-less TikTok video had to be cited in one court document:

For consoles I've owned myself, a Master System pad, which I think would be numbered 2a in this scheme.

(And from there: 3 → 5 → 8 → 6 → 9 → 11 (smaller version) → 12 → 17.)
