It's unlikely Trump knew who Juan Hernández is, or even where Honduras is located, but tech ghouls Peter Thiel and Marc Andreessen do. Both backed Hernández in return for him creating Próspera, an SEZ where they can park projects and money that would otherwise attract taxation and legal issues.
