I subscribed to the GRE prep course, and I found a lot of indians people who are grinding every day for that test, the tutor does a Q&A session every week and I try to attend these sessions.
And most indians always took the test and they failed for not aim for a high score.

In other words, change is situational. Transition, on the other hand, is psychological. It is not those events, but rather the inner reorientation and self-redefinition that you have to go through in order to incorporate any of those changes into your life.

Anxiety hits us at the core. It doesn’t just make us nervous — it knocks out our sense of who we are. That’s why after a crisis people say, “I felt like I was in a daze.” Anxiety targets the center of our self-awareness.
