been making the effort to absolutely baby my spine today. this is the first time I've sat anywhere outside of the bed, and most of today I was laying down. weed vape + TENS unit + knee pillow + acetaminophen+ naproxen + a lot of sleeping and i feel just okay enough to finally sit on the couch
