ICE is staying on Coast Guard Island, which yes, is technically part of Alameda (the city, which is it's own separate island).

However NONE OF ALAMEDA'S BRIDGES OR TUNNELS CONNECT TO COAST GUARD ISLAND.

There is only ONE bridge on & off Coast Guard Island, & it is accessible only from OAKLAND.
Google Maps view of Alameda, which is in the Bay next to Oakland. Coast Guard Island can be seen between the two cities Marked-up version of the other image, detailing Alameda, Oakland, Coast Guard Island, and their respective bridges. The bridges and to-and-from Oakland/Alameda DO NOT connect to Coast Guard Island at all. It clearly shows the ONLY bridge TO cgi connects directly to Oakland.
