My favourite thing about working in upstream Kubernetes is my team and the way we always have each other's backs.

This year, I've been struggling with this idea, which has been mistaken for shyness or lack of self confidence, when it's actually the opposite: I'm so sure of who I am and what I can do (and what I can't), that I don't feel the need to prove it. So far, I've found it incompatible with the biases...

the real story: we're in a city where 🌶️🔥 is usually a sign of authentic & good food. He chose a restaurant based on good reviews, but the demographic of those reviews was folks who prefer the westernized versions, which is 100% valid but not the vibe we were going for. Night was saved tho ✨🙏🏽
