I found examples of both; I think they just changed it for the English release. I think that was back in the days of fansubs though so that would check out.

4.5 playthroughs later and platinum achieved on Silent Hill f. Ignore the haters, this game rules. Combat can get funky on harder difficulties but It gets the vibes and themes right, and I like that multiple plays/endings peel back layers of the story giving you gradual revelations. 8.7934/10

I was conflicted, the box is rad but I like seeing the spine art of the book. For mine I put the box on display behind some other collectibles, and the book itself on a bookshelf.

Another platinum and this was a hard one. Sekiro bested me when I first tried it a few years ago and I shelved it after the first boss. I finally decided to give it another go and stick with it. I wouldn’t say I “got gud” but I got better and would now consider it one of my favorites.

Lies of P + Overture completed. I slept on this one, and for the first bit it really felt like “we have Bloodborne at home” but I’m glad I stuck with it. Over time it really comes into its own, especially with the Overture DLC, holy hell. The weapon variety is great and some killer bosses. 9.353/11

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach. 120 hours later, platinum achieved. While I don’t think it was as strong as the first game, it’s still a 9/10 for me. Kojima rarely misses and this is no exception. The last trophy was a real grind and tested my patience a bit but not enough to sour the experience.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 100% completed. Haven’t been gripped by a game like this in years. Deserves all the hype and praise it’s getting. Can’t wait to see what these guys do next. @expedition33.bsky.social

Anyone know a good place to get reproduction cases or even just printed sleeve art for retro games? When I was younger I was stupid and trashed a ton of my old games cases so I could haul them around in a binder. At least I kept most of the manuals.
