My 78 year old boss has been the last person consistently dead naming me the last couple months (he's old and getting forgetful, he's not doing it on purpose) and today he said he was going to really try to get better at it. He didn't slip up once today!

it's funny how the perception of trans ppl is that we dont know what we're doing medically and are just blindly wandering into HRT + surgery, when all the trans ppl i know have not just extensive knowledge on the individual, prominent doctors in the fields relevant to us, but BEEF with said doctors
