Thanks YD: 1.5 cups flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tspn baking powder, 1/2 tspn bi carbon. Add 1 egg, 1/2 cup each yoghurt, oil, milk. Add what you like, almond, vanilla, fruit nuts. Throw in baking cases, 180 for 19-20 mins. Simples

Yes same here, and make stock from bones. It's all about how you cook it, some places can be dry
