Sigh and augh... ;-) another crummy blow from about two and a half years of unemployment and being about to lose my house... every twenty dollars has to go somewhere else, not even to books. I hope that folks have a lot of reading in front of them soon...

Executives, whoever the hell they are, have said that if it isn't 'proven' IP then they don't want it. Usually supporting this with lines like, 'No one would take a chance on the original Star Wars today' etc.
