On Friday, Michigan's legislature approved a budget that allocates $270 million ($20 million from TANF + $250 million from the state's Healthy Michigan fund) to scale up #RxKids, the GI pilot that started in Flint, MI.

Understanding government effectiveness starts with collecting the data. Hard not to see this as the Administration anticipating that they will want to hide the impact of their policy actions from the public.
