Might as well call it unilateral discussions since the US Govt & Kremlin speak as one for the benefit of one. With no one representing Ukraine, EU & UK at this meeting, it can't be taken seriously. Never thought I'd see this level of treachery, betrayal, arrogance & bullying by US in my lifetime.
