I guess the thing that made my legs feel better was switching to new running sneakers after doing a 100 miler + 50 mile ultra in the same shoes like a dumb dumb (plus a few months of training)

Just remembering that time I was on my first vacation as an adult (I was prob 20) and I wore those 8” Lady Gaga style shoes that had no heel and made you walk on the balls of your feet to the “fancy” dinner on my Carnival cruise 🤦🏻♀️
