That’s the one. It also has to do with the size of your buddy, the smaller the buddy the larger the Zorua. Kartana, Flabebe, Cutiefly, or Sinistea are probably your best bets.

There is a bug in Pokémon Go right now where if you make your buddy a super small Pokémon (like <.1 kg, <.1m) and use an auto-catcher you’ll end up with some super massive Zoruas.
Like check this guy out. If he was my buddy, I probably couldn’t even safely use my building’s elevator. 🤣
