Lindsey LITERALLY argued it was cool for the FBI to have the phone records OF EVERYONE IN THE UNITED STATES (there's reason to believe Members of Congress numbers were whitelisted). But not for the same to happen to him when he aided an insurrection.
Plus IIRC he voted to sustain it.

When Epstein says, "im 75 % there," I'm pretty sure he's referencing being 75% of the way to the conclusion he'd later relay to Michael Wolff that Trump was the one who'd turned him in to Palm Beach authorities.
Per Michael Wolff, Epstein believed it to've been Trump who first reported his sex abuse to authorities in an attempt to get out in front of Epstein's disclosing financial illegalities in the Rybolovlev deal.
