after quite a good run of @callofduty.com this year, after trying out during the free trial period, I decided to buy #battlefield6 and it's basically a rip off of CoD with slower gameplay. Love it.
I think the menus are a bit clunky to move around but the gameplay makes up for it

used it with react, svelte, go, Python and rust and it has been amazing. fast, lightweight and looks great.
the only thing I haven't tried yet in fairness is debugging. I don't need it as I never make any bugs 😜

after probably about 8 years of using exclusively @vscode.dev the last few updates broke my custom ui, and after all of that ai garbage spread everywhere I decided to give @zed.dev a serious go.
The killer feature is: turn ai features off.
I do use AI, who doesn't, I just want it out of my editor.

now almost 2 months in I think #omarchy is nice looking but shittily configured, when I get some time will format and re-install arch from scratch and setup my own hyprland.

been listening to some episodes of BetterOffline podcast from @edzitron.com and somehow weirdly made me feel better realising that someone else thinks that the AI hypetrain is just that, and as everything powered by greed e lies will probably die spectacularly.

I did the most british thing I have done in my life today at lunch:
I had a burrata, some prosciutto cotto, an Aldi Naan and some Hummus... I mixed them all up to do a bastard sandwhich children of 4 different cultures mixed them all together.
It tasted delicious though
