Naturopathic doctor providing evidence based primary care in Oregon. A heathen on the weekends and everyone’s mom. I love healthcare for all, fries, cats, coffee, and tiny things. 🏳️‍🌈
Same, Momo. Same.

Trans rights are human rights.

BREAKING: A federal court temporarily blocked President Trump’s executive order aiming to restrict access to gender-affirming medical care for transgender people under age 19 nationwide.

This is a major victory for our freedom to access life-saving care.

Average flu test positivity rate is up at 23%. I’m seeing some really serious illness — so, N95s for me. Ppl really wait till the end of a visit to casually mention they have flu like symptoms 🤦‍♀️ Per a recent ID consult, there’s a lot of flu myocarditis this season. Fun!

Reviewed the HHS part of Project 2025 this AM. Unsurprisingly, it’s appalling, homophobic Christian nationalist BS. What really got me were the citations. The Heritage Foundation *cites itself* in addition to other hard hitting pieces of academia (blogs). This doc would flunk outta English class.

Everyone is super sick. My part of Oregon is seeing the surge with 40% flu test positivity rates. OHA’s Flu Bites is a great resource: www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/DISEA...
