Bought a dehydrator to make dog treats; instead, we've gone down an apple chip rabbit hole experimenting with varieties: Cortland = homey like apple pie, Golden Delicious = practically candy, Red Delicious = meh (don't bother), Gala = fruity potato chips. 🍎🏜️ 1/8" thick, 9 hrs drying time at 135F.
