Where can I enter a dark pact or pledge myself to the pantheon to stand up and find 60 Chaos Space Marines, 15 Havocs, 25 Nemesis Claw and a Chaos Lord (all fits into 2000 points) on my hobby desk in the next… 30 minutes?

One day I’ll paint that army.
