If you need emergency services but cant call, there is silent solution where you press 55 after dialing 999 and they know you cant speak but need help. You can do a text service too but text register to 999 first. Then text ambulance + your location + what's happening

Let him lie to you while u get away to safe place (bedroom? Garden?) Get urgent things together, consider calling the police. If you can't call police call 111 - get to hospital, tell the triage nurse you are a victim of domestic abuse & cannot go back. You are physically unwell enough to be seen x

If you agree, they will refer you to their team (could be local refuge, social services.) You will not be forced to leave! Is there anyone who could attend with you? I wish I could, i am so far away :(
