A while back, I switched to getting oat milk instead of whole milk in my lattes. I'm not lactose intolerant but I wanted to see if dairy was contributing to my acid reflux issues. It may or may not have, but now I like the taste of oat milk in my drinks better! It's creamier or something idk. 🤷🏼♀️
