Because they've lied so often for so long that they actually believe the lies.
On balance, I was more comfortable with Fox employees lying about wars than running them.

Ever since September 11th, the governments we've had have increasingly encroached upon our Freedom and said it was for our protection. They have been planning this kind of regime for a long time. We need to go back to a time when the government was afraid of the people - not the other way around.
