I always did a plain cinnamon raisin bagel and half a banana. Digestible and not too heavy. To me the waking up early was more important to have enough time to 100% poop out all the poop that could be pooped

lol this one I called the ED to give report and the nurse is like “why aren’t you sending by EMS” and it’s like…damn I’m just happy I got them to go and a family member to drive
